Individual Storage Units Vary in Size

Storage unit sizes and dimensions are estimated and are generally measured from the outside perimeter. For example, a 10 x 10 unit is about 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep, with an 8’-10’ ceiling. Unit sizes, however, including cubic feet will vary by the measurement of the interior space because of such factors as support columns, wall thickness, ceiling height, ventilation, lighting and fire sprinkler systems etc. Odd shaped units are assigned to the closest size code that contains similar square footage.

Customer should inspect the unit before signing the contact and assure themselves that the unit is adequate for their intended use. Customers accept the unit “As is,” including the approximate size. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Canyon Road Self Storage makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any unit, its actual size, or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise.
